Lead/Director - Business Finance (12+ years)

Join a leading IT Service firm, as a Business Finance Lead (Director Level). We're seeking a Chartered Accountant (CA) with 12 to 17 years of experience in product-based firms, based in Bangalore. You will be responsible for shaping the company's financial strategy, budgeting, forecasting, compliance, and more, while leading a talented finance team.

Responsibilities:
Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with organizational goals.
Lead budgeting and forecasting processes with precision and reliability.
Monitor and analyze financial performance, providing actionable insights.
Oversee and optimize capital expenditure (Capex) projects for efficiency.
Ensure compliance with GAAP, SAP utilization, and financial regulations.
Requirements:
Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory.
Batch of CA qualification between 2007 and 2011.
12 to 17 years of progressive finance and accounting experience.
Preferred background in product-based firms.
Proficiency in financial principles, GAAP, SAP, and analytics.
