Job Summary

Assistant Manager

  • Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.
  • Should be efficient in call monitoring and giving proper feedback on time.
  • Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company s customer base and ensure it s strong presence.
  • Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives
  • Assure call Quality and other tele-calling SLA s to be met.
  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
  • Providing professional development for their teams and setting weekly, monthly, or quarterly goals based on the team's performance to date.
  • Ensure targets are delivered through performance reviews with rewards given out

Requirements

    • Bachelor s Degree in Marketing, Communications or related field
    • Strong decision making skill.
    • Familiarity with CRM software s.
    • Immediate joining required.

What we Expect from you?

  • Good Experience in B2b and B2C with good leadership sales position.

  • 0-1 year as Assistant Manager and 1-2 year as a Team Lead (Sales).
