Job Summary Profile Overview:

An ideal candidate will have a strong interpersonal, management and leadership skills, and a proven experience track record handling international clients in sales, marketing or customer relationship handling. He or she must possess the inherent capability to work independently with minimal supervision, be proactive, and possess excellent analytical as well as problem-solving skills. The candidate must have the ability to think critically and adopt a collaborative approach to work. This position should motivate and urge team members to utilize their full potential and fulfill their functional roles successfully.

Responsibilities:

  • Generate new business for all trade domains and is expected to grow existing business.
  • Utilize comprehensive industry knowledge and experience to Achieve quarterly & annual sales targets.
  • Conduct extensive market research to identify new opportunities. Plan and oversee new marketing initiatives and make suggestions to senior managers
  • Develop & implement sales strategies for expanding client base.
  • Coordinate across engineering departments to expand growing business
  • Collaborate with Project Managers & BU Heads for ideal client communication and timely project delivery.
  • Oversee and manage every day activities of Business Development Associates. Train and help them to develop their skills.
  • Guide, motivate and supervise team members to target potential client organizations and individuals to find and convert new opportunities successfully and efficiently
  • Administration of CRM software.
  • Stay up to date with the latest technological advancements & innovations in the AEC industry.
  • Assist Accounts team in invoicing for long term projects for custom billing requirements by clients.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:

  • 5-7 years of business development in International AEC /BIM industry
  • Post-Graduation in MBA is preferred
  • Graduation in B.Tech (Mechanical / Civil / EEE Engineering)
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills in English.
  • Strong interpersonal and networking skill.
  • Team Management and Collaboration skill.
  • Must have good organizational skills with emphasis on workload prioritization and goal setting
  • Strong problem solving & conflict resolution skills
  • Negotiation & persuasion skills.
