Description:
- To maintain a call center team of 10 to 100 Customer acer or technical agents
- To understand and cater to the needs of clients and support via inbound or outbound calls
- Monitor and manage Team Performance SLAs and TATs
- Develop and identify performers and provide trainig time to time
- Cater to a wide variety of Processes
- Should have excellent team managemnet skills, knowledge on attrition control, shrinkage, leakage etc
- Salary basing on from 4.5L to 9L CTC perannum based on experience
- Age upto 35 years
Eligibility:
- PUC or Graduate with minimum 1 year on paper as TL, Dynamic and a go getter.
- You may walkin with your 2-6 sets of resume copies to try with various companies as all the round would be in the same place.
