Objective :
200OK Solutions is looking for Full Time Business Development Manager to successfully expand their business in International Markets such U.S., U.K., Australia, Canada and UAE etc. Business Development Manager will be responsible for all aspects of managing and motivating Business Development Team. She/he will also ensure business growth through directing and managing business development activities to ensure these are delivered in accordance with the organizational strategy.
Job Details :
Normal Working Hours: 11:00PM to 08:00PM. Depending on Territory Timings.
Salary: Excellent
Probation Period: From 3 months
Nature of Employment: Full Time on roll.
Working Days: 5 days a week. Occasionally allowed to work from home.
Essential Skills:
Education: MBA/B.Com/B.B.A(Any stream)
English Proficiency: Excellent Written and Verbal communication skills
Relevant BD Experience: 3 - 5 Years.
Self-Motivated, Energetic, Enthusiastic, Capable of working under pressure and achievement oriented.
Essential Skills:
To work out business expansion strategy and execute it successfully.
To look after marketing and branding aspects of 200OK Solutions
To perform sales and business development activity such Email Marketing, calling, online Marketing, Social Media marketing etc. in International Markets.
Generate Leads, Creating Proposals, Develop new clients
Managing Projects, Resources and related operational activity
Develop and lead the Business Development team in sourcing, managing and implementing new Business opportunities.
Monitoring & evaluating the performance of Sales team by guiding them to move in proper direction.
