Job Description:

Communication

  • Demonstrates ability to interact professionally with potential customers via phone, email, telephone conferencing, Whatsapp ,video conferencing and face to face, to discover their business needs and develop a positive business relationship
  • Answer incoming / outgoing calls and respond to customer s calls
  • KYC Know our buyer profile. (B2B & B2C)- Identify and Understand the Leads
  • Resolve customer & Client complaints first Stage.
  • Research, identify, and resolve customer complaints using applicable tools
  • Identify and escalate issues to HOD
  • Route calls to appropriate resources or departments
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures culture and business ethics.
  • Work closely within a sales & marketing team and develop cooperative working relationships with all company colleagues.
  • Develop content to support lead nurturing efforts for RM s

    • Technical

  • Document all call information according to standard operating procedures
  • Recognize, document, and alert the HOD of trends in customer calls
  • Follow up customer calls (The lead team will have to interact with the client till the time the 1st meeting is done)
  • Upsell products and services
  • Complete call logs and reports
  • Other duties as assigned by HOD or team Leader
  • Need to Close Franchise directly
