Job Summary

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Conduct market research analysis, in-depth industry research, and analyzing emerging trends in the industries Assist the sales leaders at Draup good research on prospect details 1-2 years of professional experience in a role involving research and analysis, stakeholder engagement, Presales and marketing. Critical thinking and problem-solving skills Excellent written and oral communication skills Excellent research and analysis skills Strong data analysis skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office especially PowerPoint and Excel are must Experience in Salesforce/any CRM and any email outreach tool is an added advantage Self-driven, high-energy, curious, and adaptable personality with the ability to produce high-quality work and work independently Proficiency in English DATABASE MANAGEMENT Build and manage the sales databases Databases will be used for Draup events and for the sales process Key activities are to leverage our existing subscriptions (Data.com, LinkedIn, PDL, Lexis Nexis etc.) and enrich the data using basic secondary research EMAIL CAMPAIGNS FOR EVENTS, DEMOS & PRIMARY INTERVIEWS Assist with the primary interviews, breakfast events & other events we host Build the list of executives to target based on the need Develop the email content based on the objective (primary interviews, breakfast, round table, conference etc.) Send emails & manage the process Manage the email etiquette on follow up timeline, confirmation, declines, unsubscribes etc. BEHAVIOURAL TRAITS Team player Positive Attitude with a flexible approach Good Interpersonal skills Integrity, Accountability and Ownership Willingness to learn
