As the Master Data Team Lead, you constitute a central role, leading and guiding the members of the Master Data Management (MDM) organization. You ensure the adherence to master data standards, actively promoting process improvements to boost data quality, process efficiency and speed. You act as a single point of contact for management requirements and regularly interact with the respective stakeholders to ensure the data maintenance process supports Zeno s business. Other key responsibilities are:

Job Description:

• Manage the entire master data hygiene of Entire 1lakh + SKUs with all the information
• Proactively maintaining the right information of master discontinuity/continuity
• Maintain PIPO systems to replace new masters with the old ones
• Make entire Indias master data available in Zeno system with accurate information
• Perform ATC mapping of All drugs
• Design systems and processes in collaboration with external vendors to incorporate information changes
• Work with Product and technology team to improve the systems for master data requirements
• Run simulations for drug substitution and make sure the substitution engine is working properly
• Work in tandem with operations team to make sure Zeno Master is mapped to Vendors masters based on MRP, Pack Size
• Standardize, document and maintain departmental procedures, SOPs and forms
• Enforce processes and procedures of creating and changing master data to ensure the provision of accurate, complete, consistent, valid and timely master data (incl. Pricing)
• Develop KPI, SLA and target values together with the Global Master Data Management department and manage corrective measures to improve data quality
• Monitor and measure performance to documented procedures and related business processes
• Act as subject matter expert for MDM technical, functional and process issues, and prepare the corresponding deviation reports
• Support change management and control activities for master data rules, while cross-coordinating with other MDM functions, business and IT
• Devise systems and processes for data upgradation and collaborate with cross functional teams to implement
• Build team capability to adhere to processes
• Own accurate app listing

Desired Skills and Expertise:

• 3+ Years of experience in master data management team in any big retail/ecommerce organisation
• Must have good people leadership skill (Very good with people management at all levels)
• Candidate should be very good at systemic problem solving
• Candidate should have good understanding of Systems Should be able to collaborate with technology team to build systems to improve/optimize operations process
• Should be good at Analytics Should have a strong mindset to approach problems with Data understanding
• Work experience in pharma industry would be preferred
• Preferred M. Pharma with a leadership role

Qualifications : B.Tech/ BE/MBA/M. Pharma with 5+ years of experience in Managing Master data (SKU Information management)
