PUPOSE OF THE ROLE:

• Global Data Steward for Customer Master
• Define and Ensure Data Quality Rules for Customer Master in DifferentApplications
• Harmonizing Business Process Related to Master Data
• Act as liaisioning officer with Regional Business Stakeholders to Perform Data Stewardship Role
• Manage Team of Data Operators who would be Responsible for Maintainnig Customer Data.
• Manage Customer Master Module in MDM Application

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Liaison/ Co-ordinate with Regional Data Stewards and Business Teams for Master Data Related Issues and Requirements.
• Looking after MDMApplication Issues and Development / CR Requirements.
• Monitor Master Data related Analytics, Data Quality and Business Process.
• Ensure Necessary Processes, Rules are Followed and Documented.
• Ensure SLAs are Maintained, Act as Data Admin before Master Data Record is submittedin SAP system.
• Handle the Team of Data Entry Operators Who Would be Working on Support Role.
• Lead the Data Team Working on Data Migration Project , Coordinatewith other SAP, SFDC and Business Teams
• Disucss Data Related Issues with Regional Stewards, Conduct Meeting with Functional, Technical Teams to Address Problem Statements.
• Regularly Train the Data Entry Operators with New Business Processes

REQUIRED EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

• B.E& MBA (Operation Management, Supply Chain Management, Finance) would be preferred with minimum 5 years of relevant work experience
• Certication in SAP in SD module, any certification or exposure on Data Quality Management, exposure on CRM Solutions (Preferred)
• Mandatory SAP Sales and Distribution "SD" backgroung with good understanding on customer master. Should have exposure to SFDC application on functional side in terms of managing the Customer master process in SFDC.
• Should have good understanding of sales business processes related to customer master and best practices in SAP and SFDC.
• Experience in working on master data function related to customer master and other master. Preferableif the candidate has exposure to enterpriselevel MDM application.
