HR Executive

Shift Time:6PM 2 AM Shift (EST timings)

US experience is mandatory

  • Coordinating with the recruitment team on sourcing candidates for specific job positions.
  • Preparing letters such as offer and confirmation.
  • Taking ownership of the onboarding & offboarding process.
  • Providing first day information to the candidates on their joining.
  • Conducting employee orientation and facilitating newcomers joining formalities
  • Maintaining and regularly updating master database (personal file, personal database, etc.) of each employee.
  • Work on the H1B visa transfer, extension, amendment of the employees.
  • Designing compensation and benefits packages.
  • Follow up of confirmation records statutory obligations - PF, ESIC, taxes, gratuity, LTA, bonus etc.
  • Work with company Director to strategically plan HR initiatives that will benefit the company and encourage more efficient and beneficial work from employees.
  • Continually educate employees on company policies.
  • Coordinate and direct work activities for managers and employees.
  • Regularly meet with employees for progress reviews and assessments, discussing any problems or grievances they have.
  • Implementing performance review procedures.
  • Assess training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives for all employees
  • Oversee daily operations of the HR department.
  • Maintaining HR records, such as those related to compensation, health and medical insurance.
  • Handling insurance-related issues.
  • Managing workplace safety issues.
  • Preparing and submitting all relevant HR letters/documents/certificates as per the requirement of employees in consultation with the management.
  • Recording, maintaining and monitoring attendance to ensure employee punctuality
  • Engaging with employees on a regular basis to understand the motivation levels of people in the organization
  • Preparing weekly, monthly & quarterly reports on work done & presenting them to the management on a high level.
