Job Summary

Requirements

Act as a point of contact for employees and provide support for various subjects such as leaves, compensations, and resolve problems. Coordinate administration of compensation, benefit plans and leave. Conducting recruitment interviews and providing the necessary inputs during the hiring process. Maintaining HR records, such as those related to compensation, employee personal details for signing of contracts Communicating and explaining the organization's HR policies to the employees. Regular updating of communication channels. Preparing and submitting all relevant HR letters/documents/certificates as per the requirement of employees in consultation with the management. Facilitating newcomers joining formalities like developing Adequate induction and training. Resolving grievances or queries that any of the employees have. Conducting exit formalities for employees and recording them accordingly. Preparing job descriptions for all positions at regular intervals and updating them in consultation with the respective managers. Promote HR programs to ensure a happy and healthy work environment. Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies. Manage arrangements/appointments etc. for the upper management. Requirements: Qualifications: Education- MBA in HR Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Good Interpersonal skills, numerical and analytical ability. Decision-making skills. Proficient in MS-Office (Excel, Word). Desired Skills: Prior Experience in HR for minimum 2 years (Mandatory) IT Experience Preferred Excellent Communication Skills (Verbal & Written)
