Job Summary Role and Responsibilities
  • Embrace the company s digital first philosophy to build the Save (Expense management & Reimbursements) business as India s best SaaS based expense management platform in the next 12-18 months
  • Own and execute a clearly defined product road map for Save, roadmap would be signed off by the senior management
  • Complete end to end P&L responsibility for the Save business
  • Work closely with Head of Engineering/Technology/Sales & Customer Service stakeholders to ensure efficient implementation, product enhancement and streamline delivery.
  • Own the OKRs and publish metrics to rest of the senior management, measure the progress of the Save business on monthly basis.
  • Build a robust lead pipeline of business customers to drive platform usage and SaaS revenu
  • Demonstrate thought leadership at multiple domestic and international online and offline forums to engage with prospects, media, users and CFO community at large
  • Build a strong inside sales team to drive the downloads and platform sales
  • Lead and close multiple partnerships with HRMS companies, Accounting software companies, Travel companies, Banks, Card associations etc. like to exponentially drive the growth of the Save platform
  • Meet/e-meet customers multiple times in a week to understand their pain points and possible opportunities.
  • Own the customer experience of both platform users as well as the business customers and measure improvement of this on a monthly basis
  • Lead customer product/sales demos and take contract negotiations to closure

    About 10-12 years experience in technology companies/enterprise sales out of which at least 5 years are spent leading the business and latest experience of minimum 3 years in a leadership role with a SaaS company

  • Strong understanding and experience in building SaaS platforms
  • High degree of comfort with technology and latest changes in the tech space
  • Native with social media and digital sales & marketing
  • Demonstrated leadership ability in building and nurturing high performance teams
  • Strategic and analytical mind-set with demonstrated ability to simplify complex concepts and articulate uniquely differentiated value propositions to both technical and business audiences
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment with a high degree of comfort with ambiguity
  • High aptitude, good with numbers, strong communicating, especially listening skills, presentation skills, excellent MS-Office skills, ability to grasp new ideas and concepts quickly, good combination of hard & smart worke
  • Work independently with minimum supervision, capable of taking calculated risks and strong decision making ability
  • Experience and ability to build, constantly fine tune and execute a business plan, good understanding and experience of managing P &Ls
  • High degree of ownership, perseverance and a go getter attitude
  • Willingness to travel for up to 30% of the time

    Fluent in English and Hindi. Fluency in local language is an added advantage.
