Task & Duties: The PRE collaborates with the activities carried out by the Product department in the development of the painting project. He checks and identifies technical solutions for construction and detailed design in accordance with customer specifications and the Corporate Product office. Ensures customer satisfaction and product quality through: The choice of technical detailed solutions that satisfy the coating plant s aim, minimizing the costs The Product Engineer is responsible to design plant components starting from the layout to the detailed design required for the installation. These activities will be done in accordance with Senior Product Engineer and Corporate HO information according to respecting priorities and timeline. Starting the project The PRE receives technical documents concerning the project. Reviews the information and documents received and evaluates if all the information is clear. The PRE with SPE and Company HO Office confirm/control the activities and timeline and priority. During the project Develops assembly and detailed drawings for different parts of the plant in accordance with the general Layout and P& amp; ID scheme. Prepare list BOM for the commercial materials for purchasing department and supports HO Product office and Purchasing dept. in the purchasing finalization (i.e., Piping, Grill, Bolts, damper ) Collaborates with Company HO for the 3D layout development. Checks and integrates the equipment layout, maintenance layout, conveyor layout, electrical layout, and safety layout Solves clashes or collisions present in 3D layout. Update the as-built layout. Develops the ventilation layout in 3D; and prepares the documentation duct and accessories purchasing. Develops detailed studies for technical problems that we can meet in a project With the team, He supports the standard activity of company products. Visits Indian suppliers and check the prototypes or products. Availability to work on-site for medium or long periods as technical support during the coating plant installation and start-up, as well as during production assistance and training phase. Outputs specification sheet for the business purchasing or performs the technical specification for turnkey components and technical review. Supports the purchasing department during the bid phase Coordination Activity Checks periodically the project planning Takes daily/periodic meetings with Indian Team to check the activities and the work progress status and communicate with the Company HO Product office.
