Admin Officer Job in Yorshr
The candidate shall also be responsible for: 1. Handling the day-to-day office work. 2. Calling and following up with clients and vendors and other agencies for updates and meetings. 3. Housekeeping Management. 4. Taking care of the basic admin functions like maintenance of stationery, reordering, basic stock-taking of office equipment, etc. 5. Maintenance Calendar Follow up and Maintenance of all Electronic gadgets, Expiry dates of Insurances. 6. Coordinating and scheduling Interviews as per the requirement with the help of Agencies and Social Media. 7. Sales reporting and updation on CRM Software 8. Maintaining Employee Records Making files of every employee which include their KYC documents, certificate s copy, appointment & offer letter, distributing monthly employee attendance reports, and checking monthly salary sheets. 9. Any other role/responsibility (if any) as demanded from the Candidate by the management during the course of the Candidate s tenure.
