Job Summary
Role
Qualified and skilled HR expert whose function is pivotal to any business with a workforce. They re accountable for controlling each element of the work process which includes hiring and interviewing staff, orientation, and education of new team members, administering pay, benefits, and leave, and enforcing company policies and practices.
Responsibility
- Providing job descriptions, posting vacant positions, and controlling the employment process.
- Orienting new employees and encouraging existing teams via regular team-building sessions.
- Observing employee performance and guiding them accordingly.
- Assuring that all employees are organized and satisfied in their work situation.
- Managing the health and security of all the teammates.
- Performing systematic staff development plans.
- Providing counseling on policies and systems around the HR functions.
- Assuring careful implementation of payroll and benefits administration.
- Interacting with the team regarding issues affecting their performance.
- Assuring accurate and proper record-keeping of employee information in electronic and digital format.
- Handling recruitment & payroll structures.
- Handling and visiting multiple branches of the organization (Within the state)
Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
- 1-2 years of related experience in Human Resources.
- Bachelor degree in Human Resources.
- The familiarity of employment law.
- Knowledge of HR functions and the best methods.
