As a Manager, Services you will oversee a team within our key lines of business within the overall Services organization. The Manager, Services acts as a Yext product expert and accomplished project manager who can manage a team of Platform Consultants ensuring that within every project we are meeting scope, schedule, budget and stakeholder expectations, guaranteeing fast time to value for clients while maintaining a great client experience. In addition, you will be responsible for training, mentoring and providing timely feedback for your team and growth of all members. These initiatives and processes are vital to supporting our clients and maintaining value of the Yext product. As an integral part of the organization, you ll work directly with team members to learn and grow an exciting career at Yext! This role is fully on-site in our Hyderabad, India office. What You'll Do Manage team capacity, backlog and utilization to meet company targets and actively monitor and report on these metrics on a consistent cadence Lead team resources to ensure successful project outcomes and positive client experiences measured by CSAT, Usage and Time to Value Provide feedback, coaching and mentorship to team members in order to promote professional development and effective performance Design and report on KPIs and team success metrics Contribute to internal resources and deliver meaningful product feedback to leadership and relevant teams Collaborate with all relevant stakeholders to generate and distribute deliverables communicating strategic planning initiatives Monitor, assess and mitigate risks to team s portfolio of projects; identify issues and opportunities early on and mentor team on how to address challenges Report to leadership on key metrics including key project status, risk, and action plans Proactively identify and contribute to process improvements Day to day project management and delivery of consulting services for our largest and/or most complex customers throughout the engagement lifecycle, ensuring delivery meets customer requirements on time and within budget Assist and/or lead recruiting and training efforts for the team What You Have BA/BS degree or similar college level education 5+ years of customer support, consulting, or similar client facing roles Minimum of 2+ years of leadership experience Excellent project management (including prioritization and organization) skills Excellent written and communication skills Intermediate proficiency in data analysis and manipulation with Excel Basic understanding of relational databases and SQL is a plus Outstanding and effective interpersonal skills; along with strong ability to communicate complex issues across departments and with external contacts Ability to thrive in a cross-functional team environment Diligent, organized, process-driven Ability to work quickly and accurately in a fast-paced environment Curiosity about technology This role is fully on-site in our Hyderabad, India office Perks and Benefits At Yext, we take pride in our diverse workforce and prioritize creating an engaged and connected working environment.
