We are on an interesting growth journey and are seeking a Services Marketing Manager to join our team. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, the Services Marketing Manager will be responsible for the go-to-market (GTM) of a portfolio of Acuvate s professional and IT managed services. This individual will contribute to the overall strategy and lead portfolio tactics (including sales tools and collateral) and positioning to the Acuvate s sales community and the broader market overall. This role requires strong collaborative skills working with Sales, Services Product Line Management (SPLM), etc.

What you ll be doing:

  • Develop compelling services value proposition, positioning and messaging that differentiates Acuvate from the competition.
  • Create compelling content (presentations, blogs, e-books, success stories, video scripts, etc.) targeted and written to the right audience to create demand for Acuvate s Services.
  • Communicate the value of Acuvate s Services to the sales team and develop sales tools and enablement programs.
  • Identify and execute thought leadership and customer success stories to help drive Services sales.
  • Use market, customer, and competitive input to develop appropriate positioning for Acuvate s Services and drive its positioning on a global basis.
  • Support the development and implementation of market strategies to help grow the market share globally for Acuvate s professional and managed services.
  • Conduct, gather and interpret market, customer, and competitor research to identify and capitalize on market trends, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Represent Acuvate at tradeshows, industry forums, and analyst events, as required.
  • Responsible for creating and updating Services information when required to satisfy new service introduction process.
  • Collaborate with Acuvate s Product Line Management and Sales teams to understand the nuances related to deployments and customer concerns, and positioning/messaging accordingly.
  • Liaison with internal stakeholders, Marketing head and extended teams such as agencies to execute all marketing initiatives and campaigns to engage the target groups continuously.
  • Measuring the results of marketing activity to inform future marketing campaigns.
  • Implementing SEO best practices
  • Execute & Optimize Lead generation campaigns across platforms like LinkedIn, Email and Google Search, Display Network, managing performance as per business requirements.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to optimize and improve digital results and to implement new tactics and strategies to test.
  • Produce weekly reports for all marketing efforts (incl content, paid, social channels (organic), website) and a clear summary of performance against the key performance indicators.
  • Support in building and drivingAcuvate s social media strategy.
  • Manage internal resources, and agencies.

What skills are we looking for?

  • Bachelor s degree required; MBA is a plus.
  • 4-6 years experience in B2B technology marketing, with a strong understanding of B2B marketing concepts and a proven track record of success
  • Recent and relevant experience working as a product marketer or service marketer.
  • In-depth understanding of the Services lifecycle
  • Good understanding of the emerging technologies, such as cloud computing/AI/Microsoft/Azure and how professional & managed services are used within these markets.
  • Excellent writing skills with a proven track record of creating impactful content (blogs, e-books, presentations, success stories, video scripts, etc.)
  • Proven track record working in a collaborative, team environment while leveraging remote resources.
  • Excellent presentation, interpersonal, and communications skills
