Responsibilities:
- User management, maintenance, licensing, system security, etc
- Undertake business requests for creation or modifications of reports/dashboards
- Provide remote support to CRM users located in Organisation's offices globally.
- Remotely engage with different teams to ensure the data is accurate, up to date and allocated to the correct stage in Salesforce
- Responsible for continuously optimising Salesforce by configuring setting up and improving the use of the platform whilst aligning to the businesses requirements
- Research and recommend innovative, and where possible automated approaches for administration tasks.Work with the sales enablement function to maintain and update training documentation and provide training to system users
- Creating and maintaining the documentation for registering common issues and resolution methods
Required Skills:
- At least 3-6 years Salesforce support experience
- User support experience Mandatory
- Certified Salesforce Advanced Administrator (ADM 211)
- Project coordination skills
- Familiarity with SaaS business
