Job Summary
Job Profile: The primary responsibilities for this position would be as follows: Work with software development team for testing new products. Provide technical support to clients at 3 levels: Level 1 starts with questions regarding functionality and environments. Level 2 deals with manual intervention through remote support. Level 3 involves code modification for resolution of application errors and bugs.

Requirements: Freshers with good communication skill in English & Hindi.
