Job Summary
  • Manage a team of 4-8 members.
  • Monitoring and following up on tasks or projects and ensuring they are completed on time.
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls.
  • Allocation of work among team members.
  • Process documentation of updates, minutes of meeting, management reporting, etc.
  • Driving employees to deliver high quality of work (100% quality) with 100% customer satisfaction in all the activities
  • Training of new team members and multi-skilling of existing members.
  • Adherence to procedures and compliance requirements.
  • Monitor discipline and schedule adherence of all team members.
  • Manage and prioritize multiple activities and maintain confidentiality of the same.
  • Candidates with notice period of more than 30 days (non-negotiable), are requested not to apply.

    • Salary : ? 8,00,000 ? 12,00,000 p.a
    Qualification :
