Identity And Access Management (iam) Architect Job in Xerox

This position reports to the Head of Identity and Access Management (IAM) within Xerox. The qualified candidate is responsible for providing technical leadership and building enterprise identity and access management solutions in collaboration with business, IT and other Cyber Security professionals. Primary Responsibilities: Develop IAM solution architecture(s) and roadmap(s) based on business, technology and security objectives Architect enterprise level IAM solutions and provide technical leadership during acquisition, implementation and integration of IAM technologies Design and implement effective IAM processes to meet business, security and compliance requirements Focus on addressing top cyber security priorities and funded IAM projects Provide guidance to IAM operations team and serve as escalation point for resolving operational incidents Operate as a technical subject matter expert and advise project teams regarding integration with IAM technologies Mentor and coach technical talent within the IAM team Knowledge and Skills Required: Prior large scale IAM implementation/ integration experience including user provisioning, identity governance & administration, single sign on, federation, multi-factor authentication and privileged access management In-depth technical knowledge and hands-on experience with a broad spectrum of IAM technologies Strong knowledge of and experience in security requirements, standards and practices Proficiency in one or more programming languages: Java, C, C++, PHP Excellent written as well as verbal communication skills Ability to manage across multiple competing priorities and projects Ability to communicate with all levels of management Uncompromising personal and professional integrity and ethics Education and Experience Required: B.S in computer science, information systems, information security, engineering or related field Advanced degree preferred; i.e. MBA or MS At least 7 years of related experience One or more Industry-standard security (such as CISSP) or IAM certifications
