Job Summary

Functional Consultant/ Sr Functional Consultant

The individual is responsible to be the intermediary layer between the company and customers to understand the business requirements and to analyze the requirements to see how those can be met by using our business solutions.

Responsibilities

The primary responsibilities for Functional Consultant/ Sr Functional Consultant are:

    • Receive support calls and provide procedural help
    • Creation and Maintenance of support logs
    • Understand site specific requirements from sites which are handed over to support.
    • Create RS/Sprint for such requirements and
    • manage release of necessary builds.
    • Assist site team in project assignments.
    • Create MIS reports
    • Acknowledgement within an hour
    • Provide functional input for new configuration or functional clarifications.
    • Build customer relationship and get maximum customer satisfaction.
    • Travel to different sites if required for resolving issues or as help desk.

Education

  • Bachelor s degree in B.E. Mechanical /BE Civil/BE- Electrical

Reporting Structure

  • Reports to the Domain Consultant
  • Matrix reporting structure may be practised

Mark Cut Off

70% and above throughout the academics

Gender

As travel and night shift is involved we prefer male candidates for this profile.

Compensation Offered (optional)

1.9 Lakhs -2.4 Lakhs/annum
