Job Summary

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide consulting expertise across all the areas of HCM & Payroll plus the integration points with the other modules of SAP.

Provide guidance on business processes based upon sound understanding of key functions within HCM & Payroll.

Provide business application support to existing live customers in line with agreed service levels.

hoot and resolve HCM & Payroll problems/failures for both external and internal customers and updating ticket logging systems in a timely and accurate manner.

Design, develop and lead workshops across the lifecycle from requirement gathering through to confirmation of final solutions.

Design, develop and deliver end user training.

Maintain up to date documentation of implemented solutions (both project and support).

Support Sales and Pre Sales in Solutioning and efforts, System demos, etc.

Should be able to guide the customers on the statutory changes

REQUIRED SKILLS

5+ years of experience with SAP HCM in the following areas:

  • Payroll
  • Time Evaluation
  • Personnel Administration
  • Organizational Management
  • Talent Management
  • Employee Self Service
  • Manager Self Service
  • E-recruitment and Learning solution, PMS
  • Experience and knowledge of key integration points between SAP modules

    Proven ability to meet deadlines and successfully complete of deliverables

    Ability to analyze problems and provide clear recommendations

    Strong ability to work in an open and collaborative team environment

    Customer service-focused with strong desire to excel

    Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.

    Good interpersonal skills

    Must be able to work independently as well as a team player and can manage own workload

    Self-motivated, hardworking, flexible

    Must be able to work independently with little to no supervision

    AT LEAST ONE FULL LIFECYCLE SAP R/3 IMPLEMENTATION EXPERIENCE (PROJECT PREPARATION TILL GO-LIVE)

    EXPOSURE/ HIGH LEVEL UNDERSTANDING OF SAP SUCCESS FACTORS IS DESIRABLE

    ABAP EXPOSURE FOR DEBUGGING AND TO HANDLE ENHANCEMENTS/ DEVELOPMENTS (FS/TS AND WRICEF OBJECTS) IS DESIRABLE

    ADDITIONAL NOTES

    SAP HCM & Payroll certification.

    Professional Human Resources qualification and Domain experience.

    Knowledge of SAP Authorizations.

    Experience Required :

    Minimum 5 Years
