Job Summary
Why is our Global Transformation team the next step for you?
The Global Transformation team develop, own and operate the Global Worldpay Portfolio Management function. You will be responsible for gathering the UK Operational change demand, leading the UK Operational change impact assessmentsand supporting the delivery of the Global Transformation Change agenda. This role is vital for ensuring the right initiatives are approved and resources are allocated at the right time. All projects are tracked and reported, ensuring each project phase is correctly governed in line with the Portfolio Framework.
How will you add value?
You will have ownership of Transformation Delivery Policy as well as the global transformation policy and approach. In this role you will be the single point for Global Intake Engagement and you will also be responsible for the engagement with global intake process to enable understanding of Operational Impacts, resource requirements. We would also like you to be the single Transformation Repository Owner regarding all information relating to Transformation activity. And you will be responsible for the provision of ad hoc reporting as required by different parts of the business and audit.
You will look at the governance and reporting and own reporting and data provision for all project working groups and steering committees. You will also be in charge of financial tracking and benefits realisation. Youll administer and control all project costs including budgeting, forecasting, spend, and benefit/value capture tracking in collaboration with Finance and HR Business Partners.
Youll manage risks and issues and escalate and report on all programme risks and issues through agreed governance and reporting mechanisms. Resource management and modelling as well as change management and its prioritisation will also be part of your day to day responsibilities.

We are looking for someone with great PMO and extensive leadership experience to lead a team of 4. You are enthusiastic and self-motivated and enjoy working on own initiative with minimal supervision. You are a great team player with exceptional organisational skills and flexibility to operate in a changing environment. Your resourcefulness and tenacity will enable you to find out answers and overcome obstacles.As a leader you have the ability to adapt interactions and communication appropriately to level and situation. You also have the ability to manage a number of significant initiatives concurrently. You have well-developed influencing and negotiation skills to ensure effective outcomes when working with stakeholders across Worldpay.Finally we would like to be an excellent communicator and a good understanding of the link between beliefs, behaviours and exceptional performance in order to lead a great team!
