  • Assist with the talent assessment process,evaluationand action planning
  • Operational HR
  • Assist with employee relations issues to gain an understanding of the process and goodpractice
  • Assist in the annual Employee Engagement Survey, action planning and reporting
  • Assist with attendance, absence,maternityand other employee related processes
  • Build strong working relationships with key stakeholders
  • Adhere and support on global annual processes such as talent review, pay review andthe management bonus scheme
  • Engagement and Communications
  • Assist with Group internal communications content creation and channel management
  • Assist with buildings tools and processes to improve engagement and communicationwithin the HR community and wider enabling functions
