Location: Indiqube Garden, Koramangala, Bangalore

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Talent Acquisition- Sourcing, Screening, first level interviewing, you will be expected to do this at the speed of light.
  • Drafting of JDs, Offer letters and Appointment Letters.
  • Help facilitate the new joinee Onboarding process and make them feel at home.
  • Help with attendance and leave management.
  • Star player to organize team engagement activities, offsites and TGIF activities, you are our inhouse five-star event planner.
  • Leading the HRMS and ATS system.
  • Facilitate thought leadership.
  • Taking care of the dry pantry in the work space.
  • Govern administrative tasks like courier services, vendor management, stationary management, work space hygiene and being the spoc for the co-working space management.
  • Be the happiness ambassador.
Requirements, Desired Skills and Experience
  • Analytical ability and interest in recent market trends.
  • Analytical ability and interest in recent Talent culture trends.
  • Worked in a fast-paced start-up environment.
  • Must have handled a staff strength of at least 60 team members.
  • You have to be a Problem solver, quick learner and a good listener.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills, with the ability to engage managers and executives.
  • Solid understanding of different HR hiring and operations techniques (automation is the way to go).
  • Solid organizational and interpersonal skills, with attention to detail and an aptitude for handling multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Master s degree in Human Culture/Resource.
Experience: 3-4yrYears (In a fast-paced start-up)
