Job Summary

Job Description Incumbents must demonstrate in depth understanding on AML and KYC-CDD/EDD, and Transaction Monitoring by leveraging and, where needed, adapting existing methods and procedures Should have in-depth understanding on financial crimes processes in a third-party environment Should have worked on various regulators like FATF, US PATRIOT ACT, Bank Secrecy Act, EU Directives, etc. Implement new and changed relevant business requirements To provide coaching and support to people managers on technical & business aspect Understand the process and ensure that team is equally aware of the processes and ensure compliance to the same Define and apply reporting structure as per business requirement Maintain updates in line with SLAs and agreed timescales To assist team in creating and maintaining KPIs and review them periodically. Should have to be on top of client and leadership communication Experience of managing people managers is a must Leadership Skill To schedule the tasks and resources to ensure that SLA s are met To support the people managers by monitoring their activities and providing any help in case they are stuck. To take care of all kinds of reporting to management on process health Should put the team before him in every discussion and take best decision in betterment of the team and process in parallel. Should make sure that delivery to client is flawless and without any surprise misses Should have capability of helping and shaping leadership skills in newly promoted people managers Should have proven track record of managing people managers minimum 3-4 people managers with overall team size of around 50 FTEs To support and enlist support of other leaders as the situation demands. Creating positive work environment for the team thus controlling attrition. Qualifications Graduate Additional Information Good understanding of Financial Crimes Compliance working culture Good understanding of data manipulation and analysis techniques Knowledge of regulatory requirements Excellent Advance Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills. Detail conscious, Problem solver & Innovative thinker Should be able to do estimation, scheduling, and monitoring Should be strong in Interpersonal /Communication skills Proven track record as an ideal people manager Should be comfortable for rotational shift & WFO
