Job Summary

Responsibilities :Basic understanding of Web Servers, (Apache, SunONE, IIS) Application Servers (Weblogic, websphere) Databases (Oracle, DB2, MS SQL) Operating Systems (Solaris, Linux, HPUX, AIX, Windows) Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Flair for customer interaction and engagement. Willing to work in night shifts. Good reporting and documentation skills to describe customer reported problems and log trouble tickets IT/Help Desk experience a plus

Minimum Requirements

Knowledge and Skills :BSc - Computers/ Diploma - Computers, BCA, GNIIT, BE in any stream with good experience in software application support trouble shootingBasic understanding of Web Servers, (Apache, SunONE, IIS) Application Servers (Weblogic, websphere) Databases (Oracle, DB2, MS SQL) Operating Systems (Solaris, Linux, HPUX, AIX, Windows) Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
