Your key focus will be employee engagement, employer branding, manage performance, and overall help in scaling up of the organization and controlling attrition. You will have the responsibility for enabling the talent strategy and execution of HR strategies in alignment with the current and future needs of WiSilica. This is a fast-paced team, and provides a huge opportunity to make an impact as we continue grow and scale HR. You will orchestrate across different teams to ensure that all HR strategies are seamlessly executed to the highest of standards and delivered with the appropriate business lens. You are hands on not afraid to roll up your sleeve and get stuff done and approach your work with a people lens and a data-driven, analytical mentality. This role requires a strategic understanding of the business and while ensuring HR is executed with excellence today, you ll have an eye on the future, thinking about the business needs of tomorrow and developing the talent required. What you ll do:
- Spearheading and driving the people strategy in synergy with business strategy
- Designing organizational structure to support the required talent demand for smooth
operations as per business plan - Should take the responsibility for the entire ISO activities
- Building employer branding, attracting great talent and controlling attrition
- Forecasting talent requirements and overseeing hiring
- Conceptualizing & driving Employee Engagement
- Work closely with all functions & business units to address employee issues proactively
- Building a great culture and make the organization a Great Place to Work.
- Leading and leveraging HR processes within the business (Performance Management, Salary
Planning/Reward Management, Succession Planning and Talent Management). - Analyzing compensation policies, government regulations and prevailing wage/salary rates
for developing competitive compensation plans and maintaining equitable compensation
system, implementing rewards & recognition programs - Develop and implement innovative engagement schemes and HR interventions to achieve
and sustain the highest engagement score - Ensure all back-end HR operational processes are managed well in terms of TAT, accuracy,
frequency & compliance leading to seamless service delivery - Be a thought partner and trusted advisor for the Leadership Team
- Engaging with employees on a regular basis to understand the motivation levels of people in
the organization. - Preparing and processing timely distribution of salary, bonus, increment salary slip, leave
encashment and full and final settlements. - Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
- Monitor KPI linked incentives of the employees and provide it for payroll processing
- Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs
- Recording, maintaining, and monitoring attendance to ensure employee punctuality
- Conducting employee orientation and facilitating newcomers joining formalities
- Maintaining and regularly updating master database (personal file, personal database, etc.)
of each employee in HR module of HR software - Resolving grievances or queries that any of the employees have. Escalating to the right level
depending on the nature of the grievance or issue - Conducting exit interviews for employees and recording these accordingly
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other
issues - Recruit and Onboard new hires, conduct performance management and provide feedback
Manage Payroll and benefits for employees - Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement,
motivation, and preservation of human capital - Nurture a positive working environment
What you ll need:
- Ladies preferred with MBA / Masters in HRM preferred (Bachelors degree with proven
experience will also be considered) - Min 10 years of HR experience in IT Services / Product start-ups
- Well versed with at least 2-3 leading HRMS
- Experience in setting up and leading a high performing HR team in a Software Product /Services start-ups
- Solid understanding of HR programs including compensation, performance management,
and leadership development - Strong analytical capabilities or prior experience in working in analytical functions like
compensation or people analytics - A track record of providing HR consultation to senior leadership on critical initiatives
- Demonstrated ability to partner within and outside of HR
- Unquestioned integrity with assertiveness, presence, and confidence
- High EQ, cultural awareness, and compassion
- Excellent influencing skills at all levels in the organization and extreme flexibility to be
proactive in a fast paced, ever-changing environment - Strong written and verbal communication skills and presentation skills
- Excellent active listening, negotiation, and critical thinking skills
- Attention to detail and good judgement
