Job Summary Role Purpose To design, test, and maintain software programs for operating systems or applications, ensuring they meet 100% quality assurance parameters. Key Responsibilities 1. Understanding Requirements and Design Study system flows, data usage, and work processes to develop software solutions. Investigate and address problem areas, facilitating root cause analysis. Collaborate with functional teams to gather and convert client requirements into feasible designs. 2. Coding and Development Evaluate operational feasibility and determine solutions. Automate processes for validation and develop test cases. Ensure error-free code and modify software for fixes, new hardware compatibility, or improved performance. Maintain documentation, reports, and coordinate with the team on project statuses. 3. Customer Focus and Status Reporting Capture and clarify client requirements for quality assurance. Provide timely feedback and respond to client requests without complaints. Develop formal documentation for better client understanding and interface specifications. Stakeholder Interaction Internal: Engage with project managers, lead developers, and other software developers for updates and support. External: Interact with clients to provide solutions and gather requirements. Competencies Required Functional Competencies Leveraging Technology: Expertise in programming tools and technologies.
