Job Responsibilities: Design, develop and maintain Tableau dashboards Designing complex Tableau dashboards, and optimizing performance for better efficiency Execute data cleaning and rearrangement tasks using ETL tools like Tableau Prep, Alteryx or Talend Publish data sources and TableauPrep flows on Tableau Server Schedule refresh and maintain version control Design, update and execute complex SQL queries Design and develop MS Excel and MS PowerPoint based reports Interact with stakeholders and understand requirement Mentor and share knowledge with the juniors and team members. Qualifications: Educational Qualification: BE/BTech/MTech/MCA from a reputed institute Extensive Experience in SQL Proficient with tools including Tableau Desktop, Tableau Server, MySQL, MS Excel, and ETL tools (Alteryx, Tableau Prep or Talend) Experience in advanced LOD calcs, custom visualizations, data cleaning and restructuring Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to question facts Excellent written and oral communication skills Nice to Have: Hands on experience on Python and R Hands on experience on Qlik Sense and Power BI Experience with Pharma / Healthcare data
