Solid understanding of wireless radio technology principles, system architectures and
wireless spectrum bands with minimum 8 years of experience in RAN and at least 2 years
of experience in Open RAN solutions.
Excellent understanding of OpenRAN, vRAN for 5G/4G and wireless protocol testing
exposure with Open-RAN/vRAN vendors.
Thorough understanding of the 3GPP, ETSI, ORAN, TIP, ONAP standards and specifications
Good understanding of NFVi in carrier grade environments, with knowledge over
deployment & performance.
Proven systems engineering experience in terms of planning, implementing and managing
product testing, validations, test-bed, customer demo & PoCs.
Developing and devising automation framework for RAN networks.
Experience in professional level documentation and presentation skills like technical
write-ups, whitepapers, design documentation HLD & LLD, technology workshops, is
required.
