Key Responsibilities

As an Associate Content Product Manager; your key responsibilities will be to:

deliver on-time, error-free and in-full content as per customers requirements

own the subject curriculum framework, guidelines, matrix and content quality

ensure judicious cascading of information in a timely manner

review content and share feedback on a regular basis

propose solutions to new requirements considering the upstream and downstream impact

effectively articulate the key problem and solution statements

focus on processes for dialing up quality

Qualifications:

Graduate/Postgraduate preferred in Mathematics.

Relevant Experience:

2-4 years of teaching (preferably in primary grades)

content development

managing a team of 2 to 4 persons (minimum)

planning and executing projects (preferred)

Knowledge:

sound Mathematical content knowledge for primary grades

understanding of different pedagogical methods, Bloom s taxonomy and curriculum frameworks including NCF

exposure to SSC and CBSE education board content and related products available in the market

Core Skills:

sound knowledge of the subject and the nature of content for primary school

people management and mentorship skills

project management and prioritization skills

ability to review content, improve quality, and share feedback with team members/freelancers

working proficiency of computers, particularly Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint, typing and formatting skills

familiarity with Adobe tools will be beneficial
