Description: Candidate should possess excellent oral and written communication skills. Candidate with good Desktop or hardware networking/CCNA, CCNP, Red Hat, Etc. skills preferred. Candidate should have 1-8 year of experience in Technical Support Voice Process. Prior experience in Technical Support with Admin level experience Active directory, Microsoft exchange- email migrations, hybrid migrations, Microsoft teams and share point admin support industry will be an added advantage. Should be open to work in Day/Night shifts. Candidates with a degree is eligible. Responsible for dealing with Domestic & International Clients. Responsible for dealing with Clients Queries. Free Recruitment. Salary starts from 19k to 90K take home basing on communication and experience. Age upto 35 years in some cases upto 45years.
