Job Summary

A great opportunity for an experienced Account Director. Will oversee & lead the Client Servicing team by devising the strategy, developing client relationships and leading account management team thereby contributing to overall brand management and achieving excellence in its expectation.

TARGET INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE

  • Digital Agencies, Media Agencies (Social Media), Advertising Agency, Creative Agencies, Social
    Networking Industry.
  • 6 10 years of experience in Digital media company/online media company with proven ability to
    manage a team.
  • KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead effective and efficient cross-functional interaction within the agency to deliver client
    success.
  • Prioritize and manage clients expectations.
  • Billings & payments Ensure timely billing to clients & timely payments to partners/vendors.
  • Play an influential role in managing client relationship health, client satisfaction, and
    sustained year-over-year client retention for his/her designated clients
  • Effectively manage projects to deliver on Cost, Quality, and Timing targets
  • Planning and oversight of Digital Campaigns, including Display, Video, Social, etc.
  • Support the efforts to qualify, assess and focus new business and new project opportunities
    Ensure the strategic and creative excellence of team outputs in response to client briefs.
  • Maximise team output and efficiencies through co-ordinating team workflow, with
    responsibility for all teamwork in progress. Effectively delegate to team members and
    manage team workload.
  • Mentor team members, develop their skillset in accordance with their individual goals and
    objectives, and career path.
  • Play a key role in the recruitment of new team members as and when required Create strong
    back-ups within the department.
  • Be actively involved in new business efforts from qualifying opportunities to leading pitch
    teams.
  • Use data to provide a sharp marketing perspective and add strategic value at every step of the
    creative process, on both new and existing clients.
  • Serve as a key catalyst for his/her accounts. Inspires and challenges our integrated teams to
    deliver best-in-class strategy and creative ideas
  • Partner and collaborate with all department and capability peers and working teams inside
    designated group to create smart, innovative digital marketing programs and creative work
    that delivers results.
  • Implement Internet Marketing best practices that result in customer acquisition, retention and
    growth
  • QUALIFICATION

    BMM, BMS, MMS Marketing, Diploma in Marketing and Communications, Diploma in Advertising and Communications.

    Experience Required :

    6 to 10 Years
