Job Summary
  • Act as an effective interface to the outside world and the first line of contact with our customers.
  • Use creative thinking skills to design effective marketing strategies or approaches and sales forecasts.
  • Identify and pick up on trends and patterns that leads to better sales. Manage the escalation of all sales enquiries.
  • Design effective marketing plans and monitor their implementation.
  • Analyse the market and engage positively with potential customers.Purchase of IT related materials.
  • Use technical and negotiation skills effectively for fruitful customer engagement and relationship building.
  • Provide inputs for departmental budgets.
  • Follow up on customer booking, their payment and collection of documents on schedule.
  • Coordinate with other related departments for higher sales.
  • Communicate professionally and effectively at all times.
  • Should be a good negotiator and mediator between buyers and sellers.
  • Good interpersonal skills to be reflected in all interactions.
  • Should be familiar with preparing presentations by using relevant technology.
  • Good communication skills and be fluent in basic languages such as English, Kannada, Hindi.
  • Knowledge of Auto CAD, Coral Draw and Photoshop will be an added benefit to the company.
  • Should be familiar with print media advertisements and radio advertisements.

  • Should be able to run online marketing campaigns
