JOB DESCRIPTION:

Project Manager manages all the key clients, his responsibilities include the coordination and completion of projects on time within budget and within scope. Oversee all the aspects of projects development, set deadlines, assign responsibilities and monitor and summarize progress of project and submit status report to the upper management. Project manager is responsible for ensuring each department plan functions properly and syncs well with the others to complete project on time, and to track each task and visualize the project as a whole to ensure it comes together properly. He should directly work with CEO, CRO and Jt. CTOs as per the defined structure to ensure deliverables fall within the defied/agreed/applicable scope and budget.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsibility for Project Management

• Create a detailed project management plan and other project management documents.
• Resource Planning and allocation, predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner.
• Set strategic direction for projects and provide solutions to project-related issues.
• Help CTO's to define project scope, Set milestones, and deadlines.
• Assign, prioritize and supervise project task through PM Tool/System, track project performance using appropriate KPIs or metrics.
• Identify, Prevent and manage risks related to project.

Responsibility for Team

• Coordinate with the concerned team throughout all the project management phases.
• Ensure the team have all the required information and resources to carry out the task effectively.
• Lead Daily/weekly Stand-ups and meeting (in the initial phase).

Responsibilities for Client

• Manage communication with Client.
• Provide project updates on a consistent basis to client about strategy, and progress.
• Ensure customer satisfaction .

SKILLS SET & QUALIFICATION FOR PROJECT MANAGER:

• Bachelor s degree in computer science or in related field.
• Having 3 - 4 years of Project management and related experience.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
• Proved ability to solve problems creatively, having strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies and best practices.
• Experience seeing projects through the project life cycle.
• Project managers must have extensive organizational skills and be able to function on strict deadlines.
• Able to perform multiple tasks & able to lead and direct the work of other team and team members.
• He should be wearing multiple hats and responsible for various task at once, he should possess extensive time-management skills under such circumstances.
