Job Description

We are looking for dynamic and result oriented Sales/Business development manager with long term commitment to ensure success of the customer value chain and our progressive business. Candidate should be personnel with passion for sales and selling experience of IT solutions and services in domestic and international market.

Experience

  • 3+ years of experience in domestic or overseas market like UK & USA for software and services sales.

Requirements:

  • B.Tech / MBA / Graduates.
  • Successful previous experience in selling software products / solutions / services / projects.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
  • Strong business sense and industry expertise.
  • Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills.

Responsibilities

  • Achieve growth and hit sales targets.
  • Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company s customer base and ensure it s strong presence.
  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
  • Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
  • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.

Industry : IT Industry

Salary Estimate: Rs. 2,40,000/- to Rs. 3,60,000/- CTC. + Incentive + Bonus based on qualification and experience.
