Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced HR professional with extensive knowledge of best HR practices that focus on growth, development, and productivity in the workplace. You have to supervise various HR functions, such as Staffing, Recruitment, compensation, training, and development. Our ideal candidate must possess excellent analytical, interpersonal, and observational skills.

Recruitment & Joining Formalities:

  • Handle the overall recruitment process (sourcing, shortlisting & telephonic interviewing).
  • Candidate sourcing via various job portals.
  • Posting job requirements on different career portals.
  • Shortlisting and scheduling of interviews.
  • Creation of offer letters, appointment letters & other necessary HR-related documents.
  • Completion of new joining employee's formalities.

Induction / Orientation Personal Documentation:

  • Organizing inductions and training with the help of other departmental heads whenever required.
  • Maintaining employee data.
  • Manage HR Operations, Background Verifications, HRMS, documentation, and handle end-to-end HR back-office operations etc.

Attendance, Leave, and Payroll Management:

  • Maintenance of daily data captured from time tracker software.
  • Updating employee records with holiday requests, payroll changes, and any leave due to illness.
  • Manage Razorpay payroll processes of the organization for smooth functioning of payroll and reporting activities are on time and accurate.

Employee Exit Formalities:

  • If relieving is confirmed, finalize the last date, and a notice period of the employee.
  • Before the relieving day, conduct the exit interview and get the exit form filled Issue necessary documents - Relieving Letter/Experience Letter/Salary Slips (if required).
  • Arrange for pickup of company assets from the employee.
  • Complete the final settlement of the leaves and payment of the employee on the last day.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in HR Management or a similar role.
  • Bachelor s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a relevant field.
  • Advanced knowledge of best HR practices.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, time management, and leadership skills.
  • Hands-on experience with MS Office, ATS (Application Tracking System) Freshteam and Razorpay payroll software.
Experience Required :

Minimum 2 Years
