Job Summary

We are looking for talented and competitive Inside Sales Executives/SDRs with 2 - 5 years of experience that thrive to build a healthy pipeline of opportunities. He/She will be Primarily responsible to Execute email campaigns and do cold calls to prospective clients across North America and generating new opportunities by working closely with the Inside Sales Head, Delivery, Marketing, and Field Sales teams. The role will require telephonic and email selling skills, coupled with the ability to use LinkedIn and other social channels for finding and connecting with prospects;

Strong spoken and written communication skills are essential

US work timing is a must


Industry Preference:

BPO Company, IT Service Company, or Product Company

Technologies to be aware of:

Having knowledge of IT Services, Cloud Applications, and Digital Solutions

Core Skills & Competencies required:

Experience working as Inside Sales/Business Development Associate/Manager in any Industry (BPO Company, IT Service Company, or Product Company

Must Haves:


Good English Communication and Interpersonal skills with an understanding of IT Service offerings

Having Tele calling skills would be an added advantage

Need SHARP resources with a winning attitude and willingness to learn.

Any Degree and Postgraduate with experience in Inside Sales Processes within IT Industry

Good understanding and usage of Microsoft Tools like Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Experience in using CRMs like Zoho, HubSpot, etc. is required.

People willing to work from 2 PM to 11 PM IST or 3 PM to 12 AM IST would be preferred.

Resources need to work from Wavelabs Office in Hyderabad
