As a fast-paced growing agency, we are looking for a dynamic HR who has the ability to identify talent and retain the same. Your role would involve interacting with the team, and constantly help them evolve their skills and grow in their roles. You should be comfortable with crisis management, and conflict resolution.
Given we are in the digital space, training plays a huge role for us. We need our teams to be educated about the latest technology and upgrade their skills. L&D is a top priority and we would expect you to lead such initiatives proactively.
We have grown this organization carefully over the last few years, by treating each and every member as a family. We have cared for the growth and development of our people and have genuinely helped them become better versions of themselves. It's a close-knit group of 35-40 people who laugh over lunch and squeeze into a tiny room but love to eat together. We celebrate their accomplishments and have often shed tears at just seeing how much they have grown.
