Lead Developer ( Presales ) Job in Walkingtree Technologies

We are looking for a lead engineer with 7+ years of experience to help us build a state of the art Fintech Solutions for our BFSI customer. The solution is built with the latest technologies for each layer. This role definitely requires prior skills in Angular, Java/J2EE, and Microservices. However, someone with a huge inclination for learning new open source solutions and desire to learn more about BFSI as a domain will be more successful. The suitable candidate must have a strong understanding of the agile methodologies and work with the Architects, UX Designers, and the QA team to ensure the timely delivery and an excellent experience for the involved stakeholders.

Responsibilities

The responsibilities include the following

• Translate UX Design and Business Requirements into working solutions. Also, work with them during the scoping phase and guide them on the feasibility of the design and requirements
• Create low-level design, which can be used by the development team for coding and unit testing
• Perform POCs on any unexplored areas and support team on technical issues
• Ensure that the architecture guidelines are followed in the true sense
• Must be able to take the accountability of code quality, unit testing, and code coverage of the entire project
• Work with Project Manager and Product owners to plan deliverables for a given sprint and report progress to them on an agreed frequency

Mandatory Skills Desired

• 7+ Years of Relevant Experience
• Must be an expert in Java/J2EE, HTML5, CSS3, and TypeScript
• Must have a strong and working knowledge of Microservices using Java/J2EE
• Should have a very strong knowledge of Angular 8 and above and must be good at using RxJS
• Must have a very good understanding of asynchronous request handling, partial page updates, and AJAX
• Must be an expert user of the unit testing for backend as well as frontend
• Must be passionate about building reusable components and classes
• Must have the confidence to extend the frameworks if needed to achieve the right experience for the users
• Must have a proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git
• Team spirit and strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders

Good to have Skills

• Should have familiarity with the DevOps tool for build and deployment
• Should have familiarity with common public clouds
• Should have familiarity with the WCAG 2.00 AA guidelines and follow the accessibility guidelines designed by the UX designers
• Experience of working with the fintech and payments system will be an advantage
