Job Title: Salesforce FinancialForce Lead/ Developer


Job Profile

A FinancialForce Lead/Developerwill be responsible for the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of FinancialForce applications within an clients organization.


Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:

  • FinancialForce Implementation: Lead the implementation of FinancialForce applications, including Financial Management, Accounting, Revenue Recognition, Billing, and other related modules.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and configure FinancialForce applications to align with business processes.
  • Development and Customization: Develop custom solutions and enhancements on the FinancialForce platform using Apex (Salesforce programming language), Visualforce, and other web technologies. Customize FinancialForce applications to address specific business requirements and integrate with other systems as necessary.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Configuration and Administration: Configure and administer FinancialForce applications, including managing user access, security settings, workflows, approval processes, and data governance. Ensure the overall system stability, performance, and scalability.


Education & experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Strong experience in developing and customizing FinancialForce applications, preferably with Financial Management, Accounting, Revenue Recognition, and Billing modules.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce development, including Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components.
  • Solid understanding of integration concepts and experience with integrating FinancialForce applications with other systems.
  • Knowledge of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and REST/SOAP APIs.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and software development lifecycle.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to analyze complex business requirements.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
