Preparation of Financial Models for Real Estate Projects, Preparation of Financial Projections and CMA data for submission to Banks, NBFCs and Credit Rating Agencies for Real Estate and EPC projects, Dealing with Credit Rating Agencies for timely submission of information for rating of Credit facilities, Handling Pre and Post Disbursement requirements of banks, Monthly/Quarterly/Annual reports submission to banks like Stock statements, Cash Flow, Cash Budgets, Quarterly Results, Project progress report

MBA (Finance)
Experience Required :
