Job Summary Key Responsibilities: Conduct individual and team skills gap analyses. Work to improve ?Remote Fix for Automation?, First time fix across both DU & Automation Develop technical training courses for all levels (beginner, intermediate and advanced) . Ensure all new hires undergo basic technical training (e.g. on computer setup and security guidelines) Measure improvements in employees? job performance at the end of each course Gather feedback from trainees and instructors and recommend suggestions to the learning processResponsible for planning and scheduling online and in person technical trainings ?and demo for tech support teams / Engineers in field.On Tech support he should be responsible for addressing Product failure analysis and creating reports for sharing with Customers in coordination with R&D and management.Review field support & PM practices for Automation and Dispenser and drive continuous improvement. Evaluate Predictive maintenance practices and see how they can be used to improve uptime for customers.Should have sound fundamentals on Automation or Dispenser & maintenance / installation / Outage execution process.Moderate to rich exposure to Automation or Mechanical Machines related solving skills mainly in Industrial environment. Someone with either strong background to Oil & Gar market will be preferred.Good Communication as well as Writing skills.Proficiency in MS Office applications (MS word/MS excel/MS Power Point) etc.
Education & Experience: The ideal candidate will haveTotal Experience in years: 10 to 15 YearsGraduation/ Degree: MustPost-Graduation/ PGDM: Optional
Background and Skills: The ideal candidate will haveDomain (Preferred Industry) Oil & Gas Automation or Dispenser. Alternate a person with Industrial Automation work experience of Field Support and Training will also be considered.
The person should have at least worked 5+ years in Field support either directly or managing. He should have been involved in Troubleshooting complex field issue and managing customer relationship. He should also have some exposure to Technical training practices and advance maintenance practices.
