VMware Business IT (Subscription & Perpetual) and New Technologies Group
Our organization supports VMware SaaS and Perpetual (Order to Cash), Licensing functions with ERP platforms and systems capabilities. We are transforming our software delivery practices to bring in greater agility, scale and resiliency. We are building the next generation SaaS Order to Cash platform that can deliver new digital experiences for employees, customers and partners. We are also enhancing our licensing Order to Cash platform to improve the customer experience and make it more scalable. What You'll Do
- As a Product Owner, ability to communicate and simplify complex topics on Jira user stories/Confluence page
- Document functional business requirements, process flow diagrams for SaaS/On-Prem business model to scale vmware business
- Manage relationships with multiple business teams for new solution features and technical implementation
- Ensuring designs and implementations meet quality, performance, scale, testability and manageability requirements as well as cross team dependencies.
- Need to work/solve on various heuristic business problem on in-house ERP (Oracle EBS/SAP CRM) and custom applications
- Perform gap analysis as is vs. to be
- Build, mentor and maintain a high-performance team
- Manage communication to customers, executives, peer teams and product management/Business Operation Leadership.

What You Need To Succeed
- Graduate in Computer Science or related technical discipline
- 7-12 years of overall experience with a minimum of 4+ years in the role of an Architect / Product Owner / Business Analyst
- Extensive work experience andknowledge on Oracle ERP (Order management / Pricing / Inventory/ Master Data of Customer, Product)
- Should be able to do system configuration on various Oracle ERP Modules.
- Functional knowledge on EDI Integration/Compliance check with 3rd party cloud-based application (Salesforce, Aria etc.).
- Good functional exposure on B2C and B2B enterprise application
- Experience in envisioning, solutioning and designing end-to-end subscription solutions in an agile environment
- In-depth Understanding of Hybris platform and frameworks technologies
- Working experience on Order workflows / Oracle Standard APIs integration (Conversion/Interface)
- Strong communication Skills
Nice to Have Experience
- SAP CRM (BRIM)
- Salesforce CPQ
- Oracle Apex
- Microservice/REST APIs or Dell Boomi /SOA integration
