Job Summary

We are looking for Technical Product Owner to be part of our Business Solutions Integrations team in the Analytics, Data and Integration stream.

The role

The Data Integration Technical Product Owner will be working in the Business Solution Integration team focused on the Product Engineering and Operations related to Data Integration, the products in the Data Integration product line and the initiatives where these products are used.

Will work together with the Data Integration Sr. Product Manager and Sr. Product Owners in the evolution of the DI products. Will help maintaining the products backlog items and will be responsible for the overall tactical value delivery in the Product Lifecycle, maximizing value of the products and the work of the development team.

Will ensure that releases are reflective of product strategy (i.e., Vision and Roadmap), aligned with strategic programs and receiver s needs.

Will work with architects for orchestrating the design of the integration solutions. Will also act as the first point of contact for the project teams to manage demand and will help to drive the transition from engineering to sustain as per the BSI standards.

Will work with Operations Managers and Sustain teams on the orchestration of the operations activities, proposing improvements for better performance of the platforms.

What you ll do

  • Attend relevant scrum, project and product design sessions to understand the E2E flows across different functional areas.
  • Work with architects to understand and orchestrate the design choices between the different Data Integration patterns for fulfilling the data needs.
  • Translate the various requirements into the deliverables for the development and implementation of Data Integration solutions, following up the requests for getting the work done.
  • Work with the Operations Managers and Sustain teams for orchestrating performance and operational issues.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Minimum of 7 years industry experience in software delivery projects
  • Experience in project and product management, agile methodologies and solution delivery at scale
  • Knowledge about data integration patterns (e.g., CDC based data replication, ETLs, data migration processes)
  • Knowledge about databases (tables, views, stored procedures)
  • Ability to contribute to a high-performing, motivated workgroup by applying interpersonal and collaboration skills to achieve goals.
  • Strategic and tactical thinking.
  • Fluency in English with excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Experience in working with cultural diversity: respect for various cultures and understanding how to work with a variety of cultures in the most effective way.

Bonus Points If You:

  • Experience with the Azure platform (especially with Data Factory)
  • Experience with SAP landscapes (ECC, S4/H) and with SAP products like SLT, LSMW, Data Migration Cockpit, Data Services
  • Experience with Azure DevOps and with Service Now
