Ticket Resolution: Address and resolve Level 2 (L2) and Level 3 (L3) tickets related to data integration, ensuring timely and effective issue resolution. Service Requests and Enhancements: Work on service requests and minor enhancements related to data integration and visualisation, ensuring that changes align with business goals. Requirements: SAP ABAP Development for HANA: Proficiency in SAP ABAP development for HANA, indicating expertise in developing solutions tailored for the SAP HANA environment. Data Visualization: Strong skills in data visualisation tools and techniques, enabling the effective representation of data insights.
