Roles and Responsibilities : We are looking for candidates who will be responsible for providing administrative ,email and support services to our US based clients. You will learn and work in client specific projects and deliver high quality work under minimum supervision. You are required to have experience of fulfilling various administrative tasks, answering emails, handling paperwork, updating databases and following complex process based flowcharts .Our ideal candidate would be zealous in general, quick learner and great multi-tasker. Provide customer support via phone, email, or chat, addressing inquiries, issues, and complaints. Assist customers in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring their questions are resolved or escalated appropriately. Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and effective resolution of customer concerns. Stay updated with product or service knowledge to provide accurate information to customers. Adhere to company policies and procedures while communicating with customers. Continuously strive to improve customer satisfaction and engagement. Requirements and Primary Skills : Qualification - Graduation in any stream. Languages - Proficient in English , both verbal and written. Administrative Skills: Demonstrated experience in various administrative tasks such as handling paperwork, updating databases, and following process-based flowcharts. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail are essential. Email Communication: Proficiency in written communication, particularly in handling emails professionally. Ability to compose clear and concise messages while addressing client inquiries or concerns. Customer Service: Experience in providing customer support via phone, email, or chat. Ability to handle inquiries, issues, and complaints in a professional and courteous manner. Strong problem-solving skills to ensure customer satisfaction. Multi-Tasking: Excellent multi-tasking abilities to handle various tasks simultaneously while maintaining the quality of work and meeting deadlines.
