Process Associate Domestic Voice Travel
Are you a good listener and a smooth talker? We need you to be able to provide customer support, help upsell & cross sell travel related services for Airlines, hotels, car hire, cruises keeping in mind various SLAs like quality, time, sales conversion & efficient customer service. The candidate should be able to respond to customer service inquiries via phone and e- mail or social media. Be confident with adherence to information security.
- Education qualification: Graduate in any discipline/Under graduates/Dropout.
- Should be fluent in communication skills
